Osnat Skoblinski

I founded Bastarbut in May 2008 as a folding table that lay on the back seat of my car and was opened at various festivals and events for Safed to Beer-Sheva. The books were collected from my friends and acquaintances who published small scale literary and art reviews. With time the stand grew into an online store and a multicultural hub. When I'm not schlepping books and stands around I am also a philosophy student and a poet. My poems appeared in various reviews and recently appeared in translation in Lebanon.
